CANTERBURY TALES by CHAUCER & PHIL WOODS with MICHAEL BOGDANOV
A thoroughly entertaining updated version of Chaucer’s ‘filth-fest!’
Phil Woods takes a deliberately unacademic approach to Chaucer’s classical work, while at the same time retaining the original’s sense of fun, chivalry, and satire. Audiences were welcomed to the Annual Geoffrey Chaucer Canterbury Tale-telling Competition! Rocket also added their own twist by adopting a different film style for each of the tales.
